1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by enaruMarketing ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our SEO optimization and product testing services.

2. Services Description

2.1 SEO Optimization Services

We provide search engine optimization services including but not limited to keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, technical SEO audits, and performance reporting. Services are provided as described in individual service agreements.

2.2 Product Testing Services

We offer product testing and review services. Products sent for testing will be thoroughly evaluated, and comprehensive reports will be provided. Terms regarding product ownership (keeping or purchasing) will be agreed upon before testing begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 SEO Services

• Prices range from €300 to €1000 depending on the service package
• Payment can be made in euros (EUR) via bank transfer or accepted payment methods
• Alternative payment: Hardware of equivalent value may be accepted (subject to our approval)
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements

3.2 Product Testing

• No testing fee is charged
• Products may be kept by enaruMarketing or purchased for a maximum of €30-40
• Specific terms (keep vs. purchase, purchase price) must be agreed in writing before testing begins
• Shipping costs to enaruMarketing are the responsibility of the client

4. Hardware Trade Policy

We accept hardware products as payment for SEO services under the following conditions:

• Hardware must be new or in excellent condition
• Acceptable items include: computers, gaming equipment, keyboards, headphones, phones, tablets, and other electronics
• Value assessment is at our sole discretion
• Trade value must be agreed in writing before services begin
• Hardware becomes our property upon receipt

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to websites, analytics, and tools for SEO services
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Ensure products sent for testing are safe, legal, and properly packaged
• Not use our services for illegal purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, analyses, and deliverables created by enaruMarketing become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies and general learnings from projects for portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 SEO Results

While we employ industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic increases. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and subject to change. Results vary based on numerous factors including competition, website quality, and market conditions.

7.2 Product Testing

Our product reviews and reports represent our honest opinions and findings. We are not liable for how clients use this feedback or any business decisions made based on our reports.

7.3 Pricing Claims

Our marketing may reference being among the most affordable agencies in the Netherlands/Europe. This claim is based on our market research and comparison with publicly available competitor pricing. Individual pricing comparisons may vary, and we do not guarantee to be the absolute lowest price for all services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, enaruMarketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to such claim.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

• Service cancellation requests must be made in writing
• Refunds for SEO services are prorated based on work completed
• Product testing cannot be cancelled once the product has been received and testing has begun
• Hardware trades are final and non-refundable

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
